Every Day In May #6 (Faces)

I did some experimenting on this one. First I took a chunk of cardboard and glued torn peices of sheet music to it. Then I put a white wash over it and drew the caricature of my son Collin on using my Pitt Brush Pen. Then I used chalks and colored pencils for color. I haven't decided if I like it or not. It didn't take the color very well.

What fun! I like both the way you used music sheets as a base, and the expressive drawing of your son.

I agree with Sherry- I like it. He must be musical, and if so, what a neat addition to the drawing!

Thank you. This is my son Collin (8). He has been taking guitar lessons the past couple of months and wants to learn other instruments as well.

You did a wonderful job on this! I loved the way you added the sheet music, great way to show a glimpse of your son's personality,
